Özer Tuncay graduated from the most pretigous law faculty in Turkey, İstanbul University Faculty of Law (İ.Ü.H.F) in 1999. He has established T&U LAW OFFICE in 2001 and since that time he is giving legal service for domestic and international clients.

Özer Tuncay has vast experience in all issues involving foreign investment in Turkey, including bussines reorganisation, agreement drafting, incorporation of foreign capital companies, structuring of strategic alliances and handling affairs with relevant governmental institutions. He has also been involved in various privatization projects acting in a consulting capacity to assist clients in participation to various tenders or in acquisition to be privatized. In such projects, he has also been heavily involved in negotiations with governmental administrations. He has lead complex commercial litigation and dispute resolution in a wide range of areas. He has succesfully represented prominent domestic and international clients. He is registered at most of the European Consulates in Turkey as referance advocate.

Özer Tuncay speaks fluent English & German Languages and intermediate Russian language. He is same time certified translator in both English and German languages.
